On February 27, Zhou Yu, President of Harbin Institute of Technology, and Nanqi Ren, Vice-President, met with Lars Kullerud, Chairman of the UArctic, Outi Snellman, Vice-Chairman, and Riitta Rissanen, President of Lapin AMK. The two sides held talks and reached good consensus on the development of the HIT Training Center of the UArctic, the cooperation between the Polar Academy and the UArctic, the inter-university cooperation between Lapin AMK and HIT, the joint training of talents and the next cooperation plan, and signed cooperation agreements.
